1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OpenClawSensei ("the Service"), operated at openclaw-sensei.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OpenClawSensei is an AI-powered platform that converts Twitter/X threads into OpenClaw skills — reusable AI automations. The Service includes a web application, API, and command-line interface (CLI) daemon. Users can mention @OpenClawSensei on X threads to generate skills, browse generated skills, and install them locally via the CLI.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register by verifying ownership of your X (Twitter) account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication token and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your CLI token with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of X/Twitter's Terms of Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Abuse the API with excessive or automated requests beyond normal use
  • Generate skills that contain malicious code, credentials, or harmful content
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or engage in abusive behavior on X/Twitter

5. Intellectual Property

Generated skills are derived from publicly available Twitter/X threads. The Service does not claim ownership of the original thread content. Skills generated by the Service are provided as-is for personal and commercial use. The OpenClawSensei brand, logo, and source code are the property of their respective owners.

6. AI-Generated Content

Skills are generated using AI (Claude by Anthropic). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any skill before using it in production. The Service is not liable for damages arising from the use of generated skills.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including X (Twitter) and OpenClaw. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenClawSensei and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
